If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase any service from Aurynthos.

Aurynthos provides intuitive, energetic, symbolic, and soul-based card readings delivered in written digital format for personal reflection and emotional awareness only. 2. Nature and Purpose of Services

By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All readings are subjective, interpretative, and based on intuition and symbolic analysis.
  2. Readings do not represent factual statements or objective truth.
  3. Readings do not guarantee outcomes or predict future events.
  4. Readings must not be used as the basis for life-critical, financial, health, or legal decisions.
  5. You remain solely responsible for any choices made following receipt of a reading.

Aurynthos does not provide and must not be construed as providing:

  • medical, mental health, or diagnostic guidance
  • legal advice, interpretation, or legal consultation
  • financial, investment, or employment guarantees
  • therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment
  • regulated or professional services of any nature

If you require professional assistance in any of these areas, you must seek an appropriately licensed professional.

By placing an order, the client acknowledges that the service is personalised and created specifically for them.

Work on a reading may begin immediately after purchase.

Where applicable under consumer law, the client expressly agrees that:

  • commencement of service prior to the expiry of any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period constitutes a waiver of the right to cancellation and refund once preparation has begun.

This provision does not affect statutory consumer rights where such waiver is not legally valid.

4. Areas Not Covered and Right to Decline Service Content

Aurynthos reserves the full right to decline, omit, restrict, or refuse to answer questions relating to, including but not limited to:

  • topics deemed ethically conflicting, unsafe, or inappropriate

In such cases:

  • the restricted question may be excluded,
  • the topic may be reframed to personal reflection where appropriate,
  • or the reading may continue focusing only on permitted areas.

Refusal to address prohibited topics does not constitute grounds for refund where the remainder of the service has been provided.

5. Service Format and Communication Method

All readings are delivered:

  • strictly in written format, and
  • exclusively via email to the address supplied at purchase.

No live consultations, phone calls, video calls, instant messaging, or real-time communication are included unless expressly agreed in writing.

  • intuitive processing,
  • quality of interpretation,
  • and responsible working conditions.

7. Delays, Non-Delivery, and Refund Policy

If a reading cannot be delivered within five business days:

  • the client will be notified, and
  • may choose to wait or receive a full refund.

A refund may be issued in circumstances where:

  • the service cannot be completed,
  • a significant delay occurs beyond the stated delivery period,
  • non-delivery results from provider fault.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • disagreement with reading content or tone,
  • dissatisfaction with interpretation or outcome,
  • emotional reaction to insights,
  • expectation of specific answers or validation,
  • lack of resonance with guidance received,
  • refusal of restricted topics,
  • misunderstanding the reflective nature of the service.

  • prepared,
  • written,
  • and delivered,

the service is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.
